What is the exchange or return policy?
Changes and / or returns are only accepted in case there has been an error with the order by Gasacla Mallorca. Either by not receiving it correctly or being in poor condition. In that case, contact us and we will indicate the procedure for picking up the order for return and sending the new order.

What are the turnaround times?
Within peninsular Spain, orders placed before 4:00 p.m. from Monday to Saturday will be shipped the next day and received by the recipient according to the delivery method chosen (Express, 24 / 48h). Orders placed on Sundays and holidays will be prepared and shipped on the next business day.


How much are the shipping costs?
The shipping cost varies according to the destination. It varies from € 5.50 according to the weight and volume of the order. In the purchase process you are informed of the amount, according to the articles in your destination shopping basket-

What can I do if my order has arrived in poor condition?

Do I have to register to be able to buy?

It is not necessary to register to make an online purchase. In the purchase process, contact information and email will be requested, and throughout the purchase process you will be kept informed by email of the management and status of your order.
